  • As an Interior Design firm we charge for consultations to be compensated for our expertise, time, specialized knowledge, and professional advice provided upfront. These fees filter for serious clients, establish professional boundaries, and ensure the designer is paid for sharing valuable design concepts, measurements, or layout solutions.

  • After our initial discovery call, if the client is ready to take the next step toward booking a consultation. We will send a follow up email the same day with a link for payment.

  • Yes, absolutely. We ask that you give us 48 hour’s notice so that we can reschedule your appointment. If a potential client just decides to cancel their appointment, the payment is non-refundable.

  • The initial consultation is one-hour where we meet our potential client go over the design project, color scheme, timelines, measurements, and their lifestyle. Then, we will schedule the second part of our consultation where we present design layout and mockup, and furniture selections.

  • It always depends on the client’s project and what we are having to do in order to bring their vision to life. For every project that’s different.

How it works

  • Step 1. Let's Talk Design

    We will introduce ourselves, and talk design. Schedule a 15-minute free phone consultation to discuss your design needs/questions?

  • Step 2. In Home Consultation

    This is when we get to meet face-to-face! We get to see your home, review the scope of the project, and dream with you about what you envision for your home. Think of this meeting as our foundation. During the consultation, we will take measurements of the living space(s) that you are wanting to address, as well as photos for design reference. We will also further discuss our process to give you a better understanding of how it all works. This visit typically takes about one hour.

    ( Please Note: There is an additional travel fee for clients who live more than an hour away and is non-refundable)

  • Step 3. Presentation

    During the design phase, our clients give us the freedom to design within their budget and translate the findings from our consultation into a full design. This process, can last up to a week to several weeks, culminates a full personalized design plan for your space, complete Your design presentation will include:

  • Step 4. Start Design Production

    PHASE 4: PURCHASING AND Design

    The purchasing and installation phase of the project begins, and the vision starts to become a reality. Your furnishings are being made, ordered, and delivered over the coming days, weeks or months. If you are renovating or building a new home, this is where construction is taking place.

    Once agreed upon, Designer will send over contract to sign. Client will then pay 50% of the Designer Fee. Client will then provide funding to allow Designer to begin work for project.

Install Day!

As the larger aspects of your project are installed, the final phase of Full Service Design is completing the space with the finishing details, such as artwork, area rugs, lighting, decor accents, pillows, window treatments, etc. Your dream space manifested, where you can now feel, touch, be inspired and fall in love every day as your space is now what you always wanted it to be.
